We will explain the work process. It is a simple process. Simple processes are easier to manage.

JOINING THE TEAM
First, you must be committed to excellence and willing to give your best each time to others in your service. After you have joined (registration) the team, management will meet with you to explain the process in words. The meeting should take one to one and a half hours. The meeting will be done online.

ASSIGNED TO SUB-TEAM
You would be assigned to a sub-team. Example: Plumbers would be assigned to plumbers, and Attorneys would be assigned to Attorneys. Simple. Once in your team, there will be one or two persons assigned to keep the team coordinated. One will be Captain and the other as vice acting in support. This role will be rotated so that others will get their chance as part of the team. Note: in these early stages a team may be made up of just one person. 

ATTRACTING CLIENTS (MARKETING)
Once the teams are in place On Eagles Wings Inc. will start the marking of its available services on its platforms. 

CLIENT ENGAGEMENT
A client in need of a service would access a form and fill it out in less than five minutes. After the form is submitted it will be emailed to all the person(s) in that specific team. Example: If the electrical team has four persons, each person would get the email. Who is available will respond to the client. The process will be transparent as to who gets the work. A rotation system that is fair to all involved can be worked out and developed in the team. Each team can develop what best works for them.  Affiliates would have to have their phones enabled to receive emails. 

JOBS THAT DO NOT GO WELL
We all have the best intentions in our work but things do go wrong. All liability will be on the person(s) who engaged the client on the job. On Eagle Wings Inc. will consult on a limited basis should problems arise. Once out to the sea, we would not want you to drown on your own. We will help as best as we can, but again all liability would be on you should the job go wrong. 

SUPPORTING OEW’s ADMINISTRATION 
Administration and IT services are currently being provided through a pro bono partnership. This is a new approach for us in BIM, and while its success is yet to be determined, we are confident it can work with the right commitment and mutual support. I (T.Sealy) firmly believe that anything worth doing is worth doing well.

Take note: For some strange reason, some professions on the island do not allow professionals to advertise their services. Taking this into consideration, we at On Eagles Wings Inc. do not advertise any professions. We only recommend who we think is best (Eagles) by asking them to call the client who has applied. No names are given to the client, the client just gets a call. THINK and understand.
